varied , challenging , and exciting role .The role will include typing , filing , arranging and monitoring staff appointment schedules , preparing proposals for clients , updating company sales and expenditure report, updating and maintaining client data-base records , researching materials , etc.
Ideal candidate will be a graduate ( preferably with a Degree in ENGLISH ) , with excellent command of written and spoken English , well presented , very organised , with an eye for detail , able to work under pressure to tight schedules and deadlines , good typing speed , and have very good working experience of MICROSOFT OFFICE , MSWORD , EXCEL , ACCESS , POWERPOINT , a quick learner. A positive and effective player. Someone who is always open, willing and apply new things.
