JOB TITLE : ASSISTANT HR MANAGER (PROCESSES)
JOB LOCATION: NIGERIA

JOB REF : AHRM 12

DUTIES

• Drive recruitment and selection for all categories of employees
• Maintain Organogram charts and establishment figures periodically
• Generate recruitment reports and co-ordinate preparation of HR monthly reports as required
• Conduct reference checks and credential verification for employees as at and when due
• Review HR policies, procedures and process flows

REQUIREMENTS:

• Organised and results-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• A team player that works well under pressure
• Able to manage time efficiently
• Good communication skills
• Must exhibit creativity and take initiative

QUALIFICATION:

• First degree
• Associate member of CIPM

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment
