JOB TITLE: SITE FOREMAN

JOB DESCRIPTION
NEJ Utilities Limited, a registered utility servicing company, is a fast growing provider of household and office maintenances in plumbing, electrical, cooling, mechanical, and handyman services. We have been in business with stakeholders in the industry and are continually committed to maintain or exceed standards demanded by our clients. We believe in profitable, sustainable and enjoyable long-term relationships with our clients.
We require an experienced foreman with local and relevant experience in land and/or infrastructure development to start on site as soon as possible. This is a 3-6 month contract role with a possibility of permanent work at the end of this stint.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate plans for the project
- Ensure appropriate use of equipment by employees
- Maintain employee schedule.
- Arrange for materials to be onsite
- Keep inventory for materials onsite
- Communicate progress on the project to management
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a construction foreman working on infrastructure projects in Nigeria
- Should be able to start as soon as possible.
- Should be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Should be committed to accomplishing goals and result oriented
- Should be able to communicate constructively
- Should have good interpersonal skills
- Should have strong references
